Disney brought us in for an intensive two-week sprint to reimagine the future of the Disney Theme Park app. On-site in Orlando, I led a rapid vision engagement — aligning cast members, travel planners, and executive stakeholders through deep interviews and high-velocity ideation to uncover the friction points behind planning and experiencing a park visit. We designed a bold new product vision centered on personalization and AI-powered itinerary planning, supported by dynamic day-by-day guides and real-time, in-park recommendations. The result was a future-forward experience strategy that transformed the app from a utility into an intelligent companion for the entire Disney journey.
