After leading a deep vision phase to uncover growth opportunities and UX gaps, I was tasked with reinventing the Plume HomePass app from the ground up. Over six months, I directed a nimble team in redesigning the experience — introducing a new visual language, simplifying complex network controls, and elevating the features families were demanding most. Partnering closely with product and engineering, we ensured every innovation was both visionary and buildable, including powerful new tools that gave households intuitive control over devices, content, and security.
